The deadly course of Pan African social media bloggers
Examining the anti-Christian movement of Pan African bloggers
The extremist idea that peoples of African descent have common interests and should be unified is one of the radical thoughts held by African bloggers and failed politicians. They use it to deter Western democratic political influence in autocratic African political affairs.
There are three major claims held by the Pan African blogger and I will dissect them in the shortest paragraphs possible. The first claim is dubbed the Western determination to annihilate the black man and control his resources. The second is that - Western powers are jealous and envious of black achievements; thirdly that Christianity is a Western imperial tool. I find the claims daunting to prove in their desperate nature as they sprout from the hearts of failed states.
Europe's GDP stacks at $17.1trillions with the United States and Canada adding a jaw dropping $22.58trillions to amass a total $36.6trillion Western GDP (15times richer than the $2.6trillions Africa's GDP). For this reason the West has nothing envious against Africa and its people that they should seek to destroy us. We know that competition occurs between states of equal economic and military power but never between strong and weak states.
The Pan African bloggers misled their audience to believe that African conflicts were perpetrated by Western Governments and the claim is neither true nor false but to a larger extent false because most African conflicts were sparked by dictators clinging to power. The African dictators failed to lead their states to prosperity but spent fortunes on weapons to keep them in power while Asian nations industrialized. Dictatorship sparks a war between freedom and repression and hence the military conflicts raging on the continent.
The richest African states made it to the top through termly and peaceful regime change. This notion is proved true with the case of Kenya and Uganda where Kenya leads Uganda's economy by $61.47bn since the fall of Moi (1978-2002) and established presidential term limits. Both states enjoy political stability however Kenya's democracy attracts more investor confidence than Uganda whose fate stands unknown after the current regime. South Africa and Nigeria top the list through democracy and peaceful regime change while the impoverished African states are those with the longest serving heads of states. For this reason the underdevelopment of most African states can be traced to their autocratic regimes but not western influence.
The African politician failed to achieve the African dream but accuse the West for his failures. He definitely needs re-election into office and will desperately excuse his economic failures to the developed Western democracies while he spends great percentage of his GDP on the military and useless legislators of the so called parliament.
In 1970 for example many Arab states were poor suffered extreme poverty but pulled themselves to global
economic power house through nationalism, anti-corruption laws and
investing heavily in public infrastructure and proper service delivery. There are other
cases like Singapore and China which were worse than African states but developed
in mega industrial nations through collective government efforts and
nationalism. The African politician learnt nothing from the Asian states but chose to maintain a beggar status while blaming the West for his failures.
The Pan African blogger goes extreme to demonstrate his historic-deficiencies through attacks on Christianity calling it a western political tool that should be abolished. He not only attacks the faith but rallies Africans to ancient pagan worship of stones and sticks. The blogger has not researched history to prove how Christianity shaped the Western Free World. He pays little attention to the renaissance and Christian revivals which abolished autocracy and shaped civil order to honor man as an image of God. He knows little how Christian sentiments drove president Lincoln to abolish black slavery in 1863.
The Christian faith advanced western societies with civil rights and unblocked innovation barriers by abolishing slothfulness (he who doesn't work shall not eat) and by pointing man to deity to achieve a just and free society. The West defeated socialism through Christianity and saved millions of lives from hunger and autocratic rule which dominated the pagan socialist states of Soviet Russia and China where millions died without dignity.
If Pan Africanism means robbing Africa of its Christian faith and beatitudes, then its better we drench ourselves into pro-democratic western colonies than being led into autocratic socialism which killed a quarter billion people in the 20th century.
